University VillageFantastic hours. Open 5 AM to 10 PM daily. If you need a long haul, this is the place to go. It's a starbucks, so fine food & drink. The downsides are it's loud, busy, & the chairs aren't comfortable.

An open-air shopping center north of UW. Not a neighborhood in the civic sense, but people work here all day anyway.
